Then below you can see the account name is written. Here you have to enter the name of the account. My account is opened in the name of Hasan Ahmed. So, I have written down the name “Hasan Ahmed”.

When you deposit cash or bank check, you have to give the correct sign. Specify whether you will deposit in BDT or USD or GBP or EURO. I will deposit in bdt so I gave the correct mark of BDT.

Then mention the money note, write the amount of money. For example, it is necessary to specify the number of 1000 taka notes, 500 taka notes and 200 taka notes. I will deposit 1000 taka note at 35 so I wrote 35 after one thousand and I will deposit 500 rupees note at 10, so I wrote 10 after 500. I wrote the amount as 35000 and 5000.

Then you can see below it says Total. Here I have to write the sum of the above number, the sum of two numbers is 40,000. So, I wrote a total of 40,000.

Then you can see the amount written in the left side. I have to write in words here, I wrote only Forty Thousand Rupees. Write only end of words.

Details of the depositor, the name of the money to be deposited here, I wrote my name Hasan Ahmed. Then the address, here you will write the address briefly. I wrote my address House: 10, Road: 10, Mirpur-DOHS. Contact number, enter your mobile number here. My mobile number is 01815000000

Then you can see below the text of the Source of Fund. Write here the source of your money as you can write, if you have a job then write service, if you do business then you will write business or if you do agriculture then you will write farmers etc. I wrote service. You can see the purpose of deposit. Mention the reason you are going to deposit money. I gave the savings.

Then below you can see it is written here, if you are a non-account holder and deposit more than 50 thousand then you have to fill the following part. Here you have to give your ID number as well as your relationship with the account holder and your profession.

Then below you can see the depositor’s signature, you will give your signature here. Signature can be your own handwritten name or your hand sign.
