How to Fill Dutch Bangla Bank Deposit Slip?

Friends, it is a common thing to fill in the deposit slip, but many people want to know how to write the deposit slip, so today's article is for you. Today we will learn how to fill Dutch Bangla bank deposit slip and Dutch Bangla bank deposit account. Two parts of the Dutch-Bangla Bank deposit slip, the upper part is white, and the lower part is carbon copy. If you write in the upper part, you do not have to write in the lower part as the lower part is the carbon copy.

Dutch Bangla bank savings deposit account slip and current account deposit slip are similar. You can deposit money both in saving account as well as current account by filling a deposit slip. Write the deposit date

The first thing that comes to mind is the date. In the date box you will write the date on which you are going to deposit money. Write the date in “DD’s” box, write the month in MM's box and write the year where you can see the four YYYY’s box. I wrote 25-01-2022. I will deposit the money on this date. 


Write the deposit branch

Now you can see the “Deposit Branch” option. Here you will write the name of the branch to which branch you are going to deposit money. I will deposit money at Gulshan branch, so I have written here Gulshan.


Write name of the account

Then you can see the “Account Name” below. Write the name of the account under which name your account is opened. If you want to deposit money in the name of a person then write the name of that person and if you want to deposit money in the name of a company then write the name of the company. This is my account name Md Shamim Ahmed. I have written Md Shamim Ahmed I will deposit money in the name of this person.


Write account number

Then you can see on the right side there is a box with account number, enter your account number in this box. The name of the account and the account number cannot be mistaken. If you make a mistake, the money will go to another account. I gave my account number 105-100-1023223. This is my account number.

Then below you will see two boxes one is check number and date and the other is bank and branch. If you deposit money in check then you have to fill these two boxes and if you deposit money in cash, then you don't have to fill these two boxes.


Amount in word with denominations

Now you will see an option on the right side, “Cash Deposit”, here you have to write the total amount on the right side by mentioning how many 1000 rupees notes, how many 500 rupees notes, how many 200 rupees notes. I will deposit 1000 rupees note nineteen (19) and 500 rupees note two (2). I have written (19X1000) in 1000 column and (500X2) in 500 columns. Then I have to write the total amount. If there is any blank part before writing the total amount, then give a pull so that no one gets a chance to write anything here. Then write the total amount by adding the above numbers. I have written 20,000.


Give the amount in word

Then you will see an option “Amount in Word”, write in words how much money you are going to deposit. I have written Twenty Thousand Only. Write the word “only” at the end.


Depositor’s name, address & phone

In the “depositor’s name” option will write your name here I have written Md Akhtaruzzaman. Here you will give the address of the depositor’s briefly along with your address. My Address is House:01, Road:01, Sactor:01, Gulshan. Then give your mobile number with your cellphone here. My phone no- 01712-000000.


Your relationship

Then you will see an option to write your relationship with the person or company of the account in which the relationship with the account holder will deposit money. Here you can give own, business, brother, uncle etc.


Depositor Signature

Then below you can see the depositor signature with your signature here. You can write your name or give a sign.

This way you can write the deposit slip of Dutch Bangla Bank. Once the deposit slip is completed, you can go to the cash counter with the deposit slip, you can go to the cash counter and deposit money or if you want to deposit money by check, you can deposit money by check. The bank will keep the copy above and give you the carbon copy with seal and signature.
